摘   要： 美国学者马克·赛尔登提出了“延安道路”这个概念，但对其内涵并没有一个明确的定义。虽然国内外学者对“延安道路”的理解各不相同，但都强调“延安道路”所具有的动员群众进行生产合作、发动群众实行区域自治、依靠群众进行人民战争等特征，认为“延安道路”的核心问题就是中共与农民的关系。不论是从“延安道路”的形成过程来看，还是从毛泽东回答黄炎培的“窑洞对”来看，“延安道路”的实质都可以归结为“人民民主的新路”。“延安道路”的形成是历史合力共同作用的结果，为新中国的诞生提供了中国方案。虽然“延安道路”不可以复制于当代，也不可移植于他国，但“延安道路”所反映的中国共产党的执政理念和为民服务的宗旨却具有永恒的意义，对其他发展中国家的发展也有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract： American scholar Mark Selden proposed the concept of “Yanan Road”， but there was no clear definition of its meaning. Although scholars at home and abroad have different understandings of “Yanan Road”， they all emphasize the characteristics of  “Yanan Road” in mobilize the masses for production cooperation， mobilizing the masses to implement regional autonomy， and relying on the masses for peoples war. The core issue is the relationship between the CCP and farmers. Either from the perspective of the formation of “Yanan Road” or from Mao Zedongs answer to Huang Yanpeis “conversation in a cave dwelling”， the essence of  “Yanan Road” can be attributed to “the new road to peoples democracy”. The formation of the “Yanan Road” is the result of the joint action of history and provided a Chinese plan for the birth of a new China. The “Yanan Road” cannot be copied in the contemporary or transplanted to other countries， but the CPCs governing philosophy and the purpose of serving the people reflected in “Yanan Road” are of eternal significance and have certain significance for the development of other developing countries.

進入21世纪以来，海外中国学的研究对中国学术界的影响越来越大。海外中国学的问题意识、研究方法、研究旨趣都是以西方文化和意识形态为背景，所以有学者认为海外中国学本质上是外国学。虽然海外中国学的研究结论或可商榷，但其研究视野、研究方法、分析问题的内在理路对中国学术界仍然有重要的借鉴意义。在海外中国学研究中，对中国共产党历史、执政理念、政策主张的研究是一个普遍被关注的热点，近年还出现了“国际中共学”这个概念[1]134-145。……
