【摘  要】伴随着我国新课程的发展与完善，道德与法治作为一门全新的学科出现，它能够有效培养学生的综合素质，尤其是在小学教育中具有不可替代的作用。现阶段我国小学道德与法治课堂教学出现一系列问题，教学有效性无法得到保证。本文以此为基础，结合实际，针对提升小学道德与法治课堂教学有效性提出可行性策略，希望本文内容对小学教育有所帮助。

【Abstract】With the development and improvement of new courses in our country， ethics and rule of law appear as a brand-new subject， which can effectively cultivate the comprehensive quality of students， especially in elementary education， which has an irreplaceable role. At this stage， there are a series of problems in the classroom teaching of ethics and rule of law in primary schools in our country， and the effectiveness of teaching cannot be guaranteed. Based on this， this article puts forward feasible strategies for improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching in primary school ethics and rule of law based on actual conditions. I hope the content of this article will be helpful to primary school education.

在當前我国小学教育领域中，道德与法治课堂教学已经成为重点内容，并且在相关课堂教学的开展过程中，已经取得了一定的成效。道德与法治课堂教学能够有效提升小学生群体的道德品质，使小学生群体对于当前社会现象产生比较准确的认知，从而“有则改之无则加勉”，使自身综合素质得到潜移默化的培养。小学教师必须意识到道德与法治课堂教学的重要性，在实践教学活动中融入道德与法治的内容，促进小学生群体对道德与法治的内涵有更加深刻的认知。

一、现阶段小学道德与法治课堂教学出现的问题

（一）课堂教学方式单一枯燥

由于传统的教学观念依旧在影响着小学教育，因此很多小学教师在进行道德与法治课堂教学的过程中，使用的教学方式单一且内容枯燥。导致学生在接受知识的时候非常被动，而不是主动去学习知识，在学习中无法获得任何乐趣，学生的主观能动性逐渐降低，原本对学习的积极性也会大打折扣。……
