摘  要：在社会经济快速发展的整体背景之下，太阳能光伏、半导体、电子信息等行业的发展速度也在不断提升，多晶硅作为以上产业不可或缺的材料，其需求量也在与日俱增。但是在多晶硅产生的过程中会产生大量的尾气，不仅含有大量的有毒有害物质，同时具有易燃易爆的特質，一旦处理不当则会产生严重的生产安全事故，造成重大经济损失的同时对人们的身心健康也具有严重的威胁。加之社会各界对环保工作的不断加强，对多晶硅尾气处理与净化工艺进行不断的调整与优化是势在必行的，以达到多硅晶生产质量提升和生态平衡的目标。

Abstract： Under the overall background of rapid social and economic development， the development speed of solar photovoltaic， semiconductor， electronic information and other industries is also increasing. As an indispensable material for the above industries， the demand for polysilicon is also increasing day by day. However， a large amount of tail gas will be generated in the process of polysilicon production， which not only contains a large number of toxic and harmful substances， but also has the characteristics of flammability and explosion. Once it is not handled properly， it will produce serious production safety accidents， cause major economic losses， but also pose a serious threat to people's physical and mental health. In addition， with the continuous strengthening of environmental protection in all sectors of society， it is imperative to continuously adjust and optimize the polysilicon tail gas treatment and purification process， so as to achieve the goal of improving the production quality and ecological balance of polysilicon.

在现代社会发展与建设工作中，多硅晶由于其广泛的用途成为重要的原材料。多硅晶生产中产生的为其需要对其进行处理与净化，否则直接排放到空气中，会严重地损害生态环境，对人们的身体健康造成影响。但是现阶段尾气的处理工艺仍然存在一定的不足之处，要实现既保护生态环境又能够节约资源的双重目标，需要对现阶段处理工艺中存在的不足之处进行改进，为可持续发展战略的实施做出贡献。因此，该文着重对多晶硅尾气的处理工艺以及改造措施进行了阐述，对尾气的净化工艺进行了简要剖析，希望能够为相关从业者提供一定的参考。……
