【摘  要】角色游戏是幼儿运用想象，通过语言、表情、动作等表现出自己对生活中角色的认识和体验，是创造性想象活动过程。幼儿在中班年龄段，其游戏水平明显进步，对游戏主题确定、角色分配、游戏计划的制订等都有自己的想法。在这一阶段，教师与幼儿的互动处在一个比较微妙的状态，常常会出现一些不利于教师、幼儿进行良好互动的因素，教师如何找出这些因素以及解决的措施，成为提高中班幼儿角色游戏水平的关键。

【Abstract】Role games are children's use of imagination to show their knowledge and experience of roles in life through language， facial expressions， movements， etc. It is a process of creative imagination activities. In the middle age group， childrens play level has improved significantly， and they have their own ideas about the determination of the game theme， the assignment of roles， and the formulation of game plans. At this stage， the interaction between teachers and children is in a relatively delicate state， and there are often some factors that are not conducive to good interaction between teachers and children. How teachers can find out these factors and the measures to solve them has become a way to improve middle-class children. The key to the level of the role game.

在本学期我们中班《轮子滚滚》的主题中，幼儿运用各种材料制作了不同的车辆，开始玩“我是小司机”游戏。但我发现，有的幼儿在游戏中漫无目的地乱跑，不能按自己所扮演的角色职责行动，甚至常常中止游戏，去干扰其他幼儿游戏。《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》指出：幼儿教师应成为幼儿学习活动的支持者、合作者、引导者。作为教师，应该尊重幼儿游戏的兴趣。我开始思考与尝试，如何在激发幼儿游戏兴趣的基础上推动游戏的深度发展。

场景一：区域游戏开始了，聪聪和雪儿像往常一样，开着小汽车在马路上行驶，聪聪不小心碰到了旁边的小朋友，干脆就把车扔下后走了。看到这种情形我上前问他们：“司机在马路上可以随便撞人吗？如果真的撞了人，司机怎么做才是正确的做法呢？”雪儿抢着回答：“应该先下车看看人有没有受伤？受伤了应该叫救护车。……
