【摘  要】信息技术的发展不仅带来了教学方式的变革，更激励着教师运用新的教育理念。为了更好地培育高中生政治学科的必备品质、关键能力与正确的价值观，高中思政课教师要充分发挥教学技术与教学主体的智慧，在智慧课堂环境下打造智能、高效的思政课堂，从而为学生的自主学习创设一个良好的氛围。基于此，本文着眼于智慧课堂环境，积极探索提升高中思政教学有效性的策略。

【Abstract】The development of information technology has not only brought about changes in teaching methods， but also inspired teachers to use new educational concepts. In order to better cultivate the necessary qualities， key abilities and correct values of the political discipline of high school students， high school ideological and political teachers must give full play to the wisdom of teaching technology and teaching subjects， and create an intelligent and efficient ideological and political classroom in a smart classroom environment ， So as to create a good atmosphere for students' independent learning. Based on this， this article focuses on the smart classroom environment and actively explores strategies to improve the effectiveness of high school ideological and political teaching.

一、智慧课堂环境下提升高中思政课程教学有效性的意义

智慧课堂指的是借助互联网思维，运用大数据、信息技术来创设生成性和动态性的学习课堂。首先，基于智慧课堂环境下提升高中思政课程教学有效性能够打破传统教学的限制，在将信息技术辅助教学融入思政课堂中，充分激发学生发挥自身的学习主动性，使高中思政课堂教学更好地满足高中阶段学生学习发展的需要。其次，基于智慧课堂环境进行高中思政课程教学能够针对性调整教学内容，及时变革思政教学模式，为教学双主体创设一个多向互动的课堂。

二、智慧課堂环境下提升高中思政课教学有效性的策略

（一）进行思政课程资源开发，建设时效性课程资源库
