【摘  要】思想政治教育工作是学校教育任务的重要组成部分，它关系着中小学生人格的塑造、价值观念的构建以及行为习惯的养成，所以这一工作不能忽视。中小学阶段是学生成长的关键时期，这一阶段形成的学习习惯和思想认知将会影响学生一生。学校要采用科学、高效的方法来开展这一工作，以使中小学生拥有良好的综合素养，今后为祖国建设而努力。

【Abstract】Ideological and political education is an important part of school education tasks. It is related to the shaping of the personality of primary and secondary school students， the construction of values and the formation of behavior habits， so this work cannot be ignored. The primary and middle school stage is a critical period for students' growth. The learning habits and ideological cognition formed at this stage will affect students' life. Schools should adopt scientific and efficient methods to carry out this work， so that primary and middle school students have a good comprehensive quality and will work hard for the construction of the motherland in the future.

新课改深入实施的今天，在中小学教育工作中，政治思想教育逐步受到重视，其关系到青少年思想健康和综合素养的培育。特别在新时期，受网络多元环境的影响，各种不良思想涌动，中小学生缺乏一定的辨识能力，很容易受到外界干扰，从而形成错误的思想观念，阻碍个人的成长。因此，中小学要尽快探究政治教育工作有效开展的方法，分析学生当前面临的成长问题以及他们的认知规律，针对性地开展实用性强、具有深刻影响力的政治思想教育工作。本文以此为方向，探究新时期小学政治思想教育工作开展的重要性和有效方法。

一、新时期中小学政治思想教育工作开展的重要性

新时期，中小学生处于日新月异的环境中，网络信息技术的发展影响深远，多种复杂信息和不良价值观的传播干扰着学生的思想。如忽视学生思想观念的引导，网络环境和实际生活中的不良风气很容易冲击中小学生的价值取向和行为模式，严重影响学生的生活和学习，使学生在成长中无法形成健康人格和积极的品质。……
