【摘    要】父母是孩子的第一任老师，对孩子成长的影响至关重要，良好的亲子教育能促进孩子健康、和谐成长。随着幼儿园中亲子活动的普及，我们逐渐发现亲子教育中对家长的指导意义非凡。本文通过多途径的亲子家庭教育指导活动，使家长了解更多的教育信息，掌握科学的教育方法和技巧，从而优化家长指导策略，提高科学育儿的能力，增进亲子之间的感情，同时也促进孩子身心健康发展。

【Abstract】Parents are the childrens first teachers， and their influence on childrens growth is very important. Good parent-child education can promote childrens healthy and harmonious growth. With the popularization of parent-child activities in kindergartens， we have gradually discovered that the guidance for parents in parent-child education is of great significance. This article uses multi-channel parent-child family education and guidance activities to enable parents to learn more educational information and master scientific education methods and skills， thereby optimizing parent guidance strategies， improving scientific parenting capabilities， enhancing parent-child relationship， and promoting the child develops physically and mentally.

中国学前教育研究会名誉理事长孙岩在《幼儿园亲子教育》一书的序言中指出：“幼儿园开展亲子教育是办园理念与形式的一次创新，其教育对象除了家长，还有幼儿，而且首要的是家长。” 国内外婴幼儿研究机构多年研究表明：家庭对婴幼儿阶段教育的忽略或不当，将会造成孩子日后行为、智力、心理、性格等方面的遗憾。目前幼儿园非常重视亲子教育，对家长的指导和培训也越来越关注，但指导的广度和深度上都有待进一步完善，如指导内容随机性强，缺乏系统性、指导形式单一、面较窄、针对性不强等。因此，我们试图通过多途径的亲子教育家长指导形式，使教育更科学，把正确的教育理念渗透到教育实践中，丰富早期教育的经验，学会正确地教育孩子，从而促进幼儿身心和谐发展。
