【摘    要】食品安全一直是备受人们关注的热点话题。幼儿园作为幼儿成长的摇篮，要确保幼儿园幼儿的身心均能得到健康发展，更要狠抓后勤保障工作，切实做好食品安全精细化管理，杜绝食品安全事故发生。由于幼儿园食品安全管理工作的性质与特点，只有实行精细化管理才能保证幼儿园各项教育教学活动顺利进行，幼儿的利益与安全才能得到有效保障。基于此，本文主要对幼儿园食品安全的主要内容进行简要分析，并深入探讨了幼儿园食品安全精细化管理及完善措施，以供参考。

Refined Management and Improvement Measures of Food Safety in Kindergartens

【Abstract】Food safety has always been a hot topic that has attracted much attention. Kindergartens as the cradle of children’s growth， must ensure that the children’s physical and mental development can be healthy， and more importantly， they must pay close attention to logistical support， earnestly do a good job in fine food safety management， and prevent food safety accidents. Due to the nature and characteristics of food safety management in kindergartens， only the implementation of refined management can ensure the smooth progress of various education and teaching activities in kindergartens， and the benefit and safety of children can be effectively protected. Based on this， this article mainly conducts a brief analysis of the main content of food safety in kindergartens， and in-depth discussion of the fine management and improvement measures of food safety in kindergartens for reference.

幼兒园作为幼儿生活与学习的重要场所，提供安全、健康的饮食是幼儿园的重要职责。安全的饮食也是保障幼儿正常学习与生活、正常发育、健康成长的重要前提与基础。但是，当前经常出现幼儿园食品安全问题，如厨房部分调味品过期、食堂大米生虫、营养餐腐败变质等，不仅严重威胁幼儿的身体健康与生命安全，而且造成了非常大的社会负面影响。因此，幼儿园应对食品安全实行精细化管理，严把幼儿园食品安全关。

一、幼儿园食品安全管理的主要内容

在幼儿园食品安全管理过程中，和食品安全有关的因素较多，但主要有以下几个方面：一是食品设备与环境。食品供应所需的设备以及环境条件等是食品安全的基本保障。二是食品供应。食品供应包括采购、贮存、加工、留样四个环节。……
