【摘    要】现阶段，各种校园安全事故层出不穷，不仅影响了学校的正常教学秩序，还对学生家庭的和睦以及社会的稳定有危害。小学阶段是青少年成长的重要时期，建立和完善小学校园安全管理体制，不断加强安全事故的应对措施建设， 加强校园安全管理，对促进学生的全面、健康发展具有重大的现实意义。

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Primary School Campus Safety Management

【Abstract】At this stage， various campus safety accidents have emerged one after another， which not only affects the normal teaching order of the school， but also endangers the harmony of students' families and social stability. The primary school stage is an important period for the growth of young people. The establishment and improvement of the primary school campus safety management system， the continuous strengthening of the construction of response measures to safety accidents， and the strengthening of its campus safety management are of great practical significance to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of students.

目前，我國出现的校园安全问题日渐多样化、复杂化，尤其是校园欺凌等校园安全问题引起社会的重点关注，为校园安全管理带来严峻的挑战。为了做好小学校园安全管理工作，进一步保证学生的生命安全与健康，笔者对当前的小学校园安全管理的现状进行研究，从而分析出针对性的策略，以促进校园安全管理水平的提升。

一、小学校园安全管理的现状

（一）学校安全管理力度不足

目前，由于国家及社会日渐重视校园安全管理问题，学校制定了校园安全管理目标：要求在校人员拥有较强的安全观念、危机处理能力、自我保护能力;要求教育教学设施完善、相关安全工作正常开展。然而在实际的校园安全管理工作实行的过程中，存在管理制度流于形式、负责人员疏于检查、违纪违规人员未能得到相应处罚等一系列问题，导致校园安全规章制度形同虚设，甚至威胁在校人员的生命健康与安全。

（二）学生安全教育有待加强

学校安全管理工作的开展需要安全教育进行配合，然而就目前的小学校园安全教育而言，校方无法针对不同的教育内容形成完整的教育体系，从而难以系统地教授学生相关的安全知识。……
