【摘    要】素质教育理念下，初中班主任应该更加注重学生的德智体美劳全面发展，而德育关乎着学生思想价值观的形成，是其中的重中之重。本文从激励策略在初中班主任德育中实施的优势入手，并提出了激励策略在初中德育中具体的实施方法。

On How to Effectively Implement Encouraging Strategies in the Moral Education of Junior High School Teacher

【Abstract】Under the concept of quality education， junior high school head teachers should pay more attention to promote the omprehensive development of students' morality， intelligence， physical ， aesthetics and labor. Moral education is related to the formation of students' ideological values and is the most important of them. This article starts with the advantages of implementing incentive strategies in the moral education of junior high school head teachers， and proposes specific implementation methods of incentive strategies in junior high school moral education.

一、激励策略在初中班主任德育中实施的优势

现阶段激励策略被广泛应用于德育，这是由于激励策略具有极强的优势，它不仅符合学生的性格特点，还能满足班主任的教学需求，从而达到理想的教育效果。不断地激励学生、鼓励学生，可以调动他们的积极性，使其主动参与到德育中，班主任教育的目的也能尽快达到，让学生树立了正确的人生观、价值观，以后的学习和发展也能更加顺利。对学生进行激励的形式多种多样，有物质激励、语言激励、荣誉激励等，班主任要视具体情况而定，获得的效果以及达到的目的也不一样。基于此，班主任要重视激励策略的运用，不要盲目实施，要有目的、有计划的对学生实施各种激励措施，这样才能发挥激励策略的最大作用。

二、当前初中班主任德育中存在的问题

首先，班主任缺乏对德育的重视。初中时期，学生已经具有一定的明辨是非能力，并且有较好的自律能力，但是其心理发育仍然不成熟，喜欢冲动行事，也容易产生叛逆心理，所以仍然需要班主任加强引导，对学生进行有效的德育。……
