摘要：世界科技竞争激烈，新工科背景下，为了培养优秀的电气自动化专业人才，以自动化专业为研究对象，在分析存在问题的基础上，采用改革创新、逆向思维、校企深度合作、建立质量监控机制等方法，进行了人才培养改革，提高了学生的综合能力，受到社会高度认可，验证了培养模式的优越性，为新工科背景下相关专业人才培养奠定了良好的基础。

Research on the Cultivation of Automation Professionals under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract： There is fierce competition in science and technology in the world. Under the background of new engineering， in order to cultivate excellent electrical automation professionals， taking automation as the research object， and based on the analysis of existing problems， the talent training reform has been carried out by means of reform and innovation， reverse thinking， in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises， and the establishment of quality monitoring mechanism， which has improved the students' comprehensive ability and has been highly recognized by the society. The superiority of the training mode is verified， which lays a good foundation for the training of relevant professionals under the background of new engineering.

習近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出，“推动互联网、大数据、人工智能和实体经济深度融合”，为人工智能发展指明了方向。中国工程院院士、中国工程院院长周济认为，新一代人工智能和先进制造技术的深度融合，形成了新一代智能制造技术，成为新一轮工业革命的核心驱动力。高校作为国家人才培养的摇篮，必须为国家的科技创新提供源源不断的动力，为国家各项事业的发展提供强有力的支撑。因此，高校如何培养科技创新型人才成为大众瞩目的焦点。在此背景下，“新工科”的理念顺势而生，同时也为如何培养人才指明了前进的方向。

1 “新工科”的内涵

2017年教育部发布了《教育部高等教育司关于开展新工科研究与实践的通知》，该通知要求各个高校推进新工科建设和发展。同时指出了“新工科”要体现出“五新”，即新的工程教育理念、学科建设的新结构、人才培养的新模式、教育教学的新质量、分类发展的新体系。……
