摘 要：中职院校是我国技术型人才的一大培养基地，汽车运用与维修专业更是中职教育教学中必不可少的重要课程。当前，随着社会发展的步伐加快，人们的消费结构逐渐升级，汽车行业对专业型技术人才的需求越来越大，中职汽修专业教学必须迎合市场发展需要及时作出调整与创新。为更好地培养学生的实操能力，将现代学徒制应用到教学实践中取得了不错的效果，以下结合中职汽修专业学生的发展需要，对教师如何有效应用现代学徒制以满足学生学习需要进行教学的策略探究。

The Application of Modern Apprenticeship System in Vocational Automobile Operation and Maintenance Specialty

Abstract：Secondary vocational colleges are a major training base for technical talents in my country， and the major of automobile application and maintenance is an indispensable important course in secondary vocational education and teaching. At present， as the pace of social development accelerates， people's consumption structure is gradually upgraded， and the automobile industry has an increasing demand for professional technical personnel. The professional teaching of secondary vocational auto repair must meet the needs of market development and make timely adjustments and innovations. In order to better cultivate students' practical ability， the application of modern apprenticeship in teaching practice has achieved good results. The following is combined with the development needs of secondary vocational auto repair students， and explores teaching strategies concerning how to effectively apply modern apprenticeship to meet student learning need.

现代学徒制在中职教学中的应用实质上就是通过学校与企业之间的合作来为学生创造实践练习的机会，让学生在实际工作中应用所学的理论知识，以此积累专业经验，提升实践能力。从当前的教学现状来看，现代学徒制因在我国的应用时间较短，因此还具有一定的上升发展空间，教师作为教育改革的推动者，要结合中职学生的学习与社会发展需要去合理应用现代学徒制，打造适合本校学生、具有个性特色的现代学徒制教学模式，在提升学生专业综合素养的同时增强学校办学质量。

1 校企双方合理制定人才培养目标与计划

在应用现代学徒制的背景下，中职学校在制定汽修专业人才培养目标时，不仅要从学校角度出发，以提升學生专业素养、增强办学质量为遵循，还要适当结合企业的用人需求，将与之合作的企业创办理念和对技术人才的要求一一纳入到培养目标与方案之中。……
