摘 要：为有效提升汽车维修成效，实现故障原因的快速判定与处理，需构建起完善的汽车维修体系，强化维修服务能力。文章以信息技术作为切入点，在明确现阶段汽车维修存在问题的基础上，对现有的汽车维修方式做出针对性的调整，稳步增强汽车故障诊断、排除成效，促进维修工作的信息化、智能化，旨在为后续汽车维修工作的开展提供借鉴参考。

Research on the Application of Information Technology in Automobile Maintenance

Abstract：In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of vehicle maintenance and realize the rapid determination and treatment of failure causes， it is necessary to build a complete vehicle maintenance system and strengthen maintenance service capabilities. The article takes information technology as the entry point. On the basis of clarifying the existing problems in car maintenance at this stage， it makes targeted adjustments to the existing car maintenance methods， and steadily enhances the effectiveness of car fault diagnosis and troubleshooting， and promotes the informatization and intelligence of maintenance work to provide a reference for subsequent vehicle maintenance work.

1 引言

近些年來，随着技术体系的日益完善，汽车结构逐步复杂，汽车产业获得长足发展，车辆性能大幅度提升，为驾乘人员营造出舒适、安全的操作体验的同时，也增加了汽车维修的整体难度。仅凭过往的汽车维修经验与维修方法，无法快速判定故障类型，制定应对方案，导致汽车检修质效不佳。为促进汽车维修机制的优化与升级，实现检修效率的稳步提升，越来越多的技术人员，尝试将信息技术与汽车维修工作有效衔接起来，通过信息技术的合理化使用，强化汽车维修效能，增强维修服务能力。

2 信息技术在汽车维修中应用的重要性

为促进信息技术在汽车维修中的合理化应用，加速维修思路与维修方式的有效转变，需要进一步明确汽车维修中信息技术应用的重要性，通过思想认知的转变，推动信息技术的高效应用。

汽车维修中对于信息技术的使用，能够有效缩短汽车故障检修周期，增强故障检修效能。原有的汽车维修机制下，工作人员往往需要凭借自身的经验，分析评估故障特点，逐步确定故障发生位置与故障诱发原因，在此基础上开展汽车维修作业，这种汽车维修机制耗时较长，检修服务水平不高[1]。……
