【摘  要】人造板热压机是生产人造板的重要工具，热压对产品的质量有着重要的影响。在生产过程中，液压系统是热压机的重要组成部分，决定着人造板的生产质量和效益。针对液压系统中出现的各类故障和问题，需要诊断系统提供一定的信息，为用户提供参考。因此，诊断系统的研究工作是十分重要的，不仅有利于提高工作的效率，更有利于提升企业的整体实力。

【Abstract】Wood-based panel hot-pressing machine is an important tool in the production of wood-based panel. Hot-pressing has an important effect on the quality of products. In the production process， the hydraulic system is an important part of the hot-pressing machine， which determines the production quality and efficiency of wood-based panel. In view of the various faults and problems in the hydraulic system， it is necessary to provide certain information for the diagnosis system to provide reference for users. Therefore， the research on the diagnostic system is very important， which is not only conducive to improving the work efficiency， but also conducive to enhancing the overall strength of the enterprise.

1 人造板热压机的相关概述

1.1 人造板热压机的概念

随着经济的发展，人们对家具的质量和装修的标准越来越高，而大量地使用天然木材将会导致环境的破坏，目前，热压机是制造人造板的重要机器，它的性能决定了人造板的生产质量。在生产过程中，液压系统在整个机器运作过程中起着至关重要的作用，它不仅是机器的动力来源，更是机器的中枢系统，决定了产品的生产质量和生产数量。根据热压作业的要求，热压机需要提供热量，还要向板坯提供一定的压力，生产出合格的人造板。热压机性能十分重要，和生产的效益及创造的收益都有密不可分的联系。

1.2 液压系统的工作原理

液压系统是热压机设备正常运行的动力来源，在生产线上，液压系统起着决定性的作用，直接决定了生产产品的质量。在生产的过程中，液压系统的主要作用是实现热压机的移动，控制热压机上升、下降、保持运动状态不变。……
