【摘 要】液压榨油机是乡村和城镇小型油坊榨油所榨油常用的机械。对比常见的萃取法取油，榨油机榨油所提取的植物油能极大程度保证油料作物的原香和微量和特殊营养物质，液压榨油机生产成本低，精度要求不高，工作可靠。相比高成本的plc控制，本文从常规电控系统中的继电器控制电路，搭配压力继电器这类液-电转换原件，以继电器切换电路，达到不同需求电路间的变换，完成不同阶段机器的不同运行方式。该控制系统以压力继电器和行程开关，限制榨油机液压油缸的最大压力和行程，达到断电保护和过压下的安全防护的功能，搭配保护电路，即可组成整套安全可靠的立式液压榨油机自动控制系统。

【Abstract】 The hydraulic press is a small village and town are commonly used in mechanical oil. Compared with the common extraction oil， oil press oil extraction plant oil can greatly guarantee of oil-bearing crops in the original fragrance and trace and special nutrients， hydraulic press machine production costs low， accuracy is not high， and the work is reliable. Compared to the high cost of PLC control， from the conventional electric control system of relay control circuit， matching pressure relay the liquid electricity conversion of the original， to relay switching circuit to transform between different circuit to meet the requirement of， to complete the various running modes of the different stages of the machine. The control system to pressure relay and a travel switch， limit to the maximum pressure and stroke oil hydraulic cylinder， achieve the function of overvoltage protecting and safety protection， circuit protection collocation， can be composed of a whole set of safe and reliable vertical hydraulic oil press automatic control system.

0 引言

压榨法是指依靠物理压力将油液从油料中分离的一种方法。由于压榨法全程不添加任何其他化学物质，所以其安全，卫生，无污染，是非常常用的一种油料提取方法。由于现代人对于养生追求和对生活质量的提高，纯天然压榨法取油的植物油价格昂贵，且深受广大人民群众的追捧。传统的液压榨油机需要人为的去控制每个压榨过程，本文介绍只需要一次控制便可自动完成整个压榨过程的简单的自动控制系统。

1 立式液压榨油机自动控制原理

由图1可以得知，理论上，液压榨油机要实现全面的自动控制，需要对压力反馈和压力调节信息反馈给电路控制系统，并以此对电机和控制电路进行调节，以实现自动控制。……
