【摘  要】随着时代的发展，我国人口老龄化现象日益严重，许多城镇社区组织建设过程中，发现了较具代表性的老龄化社区。这些老龄化社区除了居住人口为老年人之外，社区本身的基础设施建设也十分陈旧。倘若不对这类社区进行适老化改造，那么居住其中的老年人就无法拥有高质量生活体验。进入智能时代后，智能化社区建设也开始逐步兴起，对于行动受限的老年人而言，对其居住的老旧社区进行智能化改造是很有必要的。论文对此进行研究与分析。

【Abstract】With the development of the times， China's population aging phenomenon is becoming increasingly serious. In the process of community organization construction in many cities and towns， some representative aging communities have been found. In addition to the elderly residents in these aging communities， the infrastructure construction of the community itself is also very old. If this kind of community is not suitable for aging transformation， then the elderly living in this kind of community can not have a higher quality of life experience. After people's life has entered the era of intelligence， intelligent community construction has begun to rise gradually. For the elderly with limited mobility， it is necessary to intelligentize the old community where they live. This paper studies and analyzes it.

1 引言

早在2017年，我国有关政府部门机构，就针对老龄化问题以及老旧社区适老化改造问题，出台了一系列的政策。在信息技术不断发展的过程当中，信息技术也逐渐在老旧社区的适老化改造问题上发挥出了举足轻重的作用。而对于老旧社区的适老化改造，需要考虑到老年人的日常行动以及对新型基础设施的理解接受程度。故而相关技术人员需要把控好智能化进度与老年人接受程度之间的界限，成功进行相关老旧社区的适老化改造。

2 老旧社区改造的重难点分析

想要对老旧社区进行适老化改造，首先要对老旧社区改造的重难点进行深入的研究与分析。

2.1 基础配套设施落后

以“九朝古都”河南省洛阳市为例，在中华人民共和国成立后，1954年中央人民政府将洛阳确定为第一个五年计划的重点工业建设城市，国家156个重点建设项目中7项安排在洛阳，有拖拉机厂、矿山机器厂、滚珠轴承厂、热电厂、铜加工厂等，形成了以涧西区为主的工业基地。……
