【摘  要】信息化管理是党建工作提升的重点工作，提升党建信息化工作是推动建筑企业党建工作创新发展和企业经营工作稳步发展的有效手段，因此，正确认识新时代建筑企业党建工作的特点与信息化工作的重要性与必然性，推动信息化管理工作服务于企业生产经营，通过党建工作创新来推动建筑企业生产与经营管理工作迈入新时代，取得新业绩。

【Abstract】Informatization management is the key work of the promotion of Party building. The improvement of Party building informatization work is an effective means to promote the innovative development of Party building work in construction enterprise and the steady development of enterprise management. Therefore， it is necessary to correctly understand the characteristics of Party building work in construction enterprises in the new era and the importance and inevitability of informatization work， promote the informatization management work to serve the production and operation of enterprises， and promote the production and operation management of construction enterprises to enter the new era and achieve new achievements through the innovation of Party building work.

1 引言

随着中国进入新时代，科学技术日新月异，各行各业都进入了信息化建设之中，信息技术已经充分渗入了社会生活的方方面面，建筑企业在新的时代，信息化管理也成为企业管理的重点发展方向，首先从财务管理开始，现在基本上已经信息化，其次是办公现代化，OA的应用已经普遍，施工现场的农民工实名制系统、建筑安全与质量管理的信息化、BIM应用推进了设计与技术创新的现代化，作为建筑企业管理的重点党建工作信息化也应该顺应时代的潮流，在挖掘自身特点、提升自身能力、促进党建工作提升的前提下，成为了党建工作的创新发展要务，因此，新时代建筑企业党建工作必须深入学习、分析党建信息化管理要点、解决难点、突出创新点，适应新时代，推进企业管理走向新的高度。
