【摘  要】随着时代发展，医院管理工作也进入了全面改革的新时期，档案管理工作成为医院管理改革的重点，在推动医院文化建设方面起到非常重要的作用。医院档案管理可以为医院业务决策提供参考、助推医院文化传承、加快医院文化品牌形象树立、为医院文化建设制度指明正确方向。在医院文化建设工作中，医院需要特别注重档案管理工作的开展与落实，从档案管理部门职能提升、档案信息资源挖掘、档案管理人员培养、档案管理制度完善等方面入手，全面加强档案管理，助推医院文化建设，创建良好的医院文化氛围。

【Abstract】With the development of the times， the hospital management work has also entered a new period of comprehensive reform， and the archives management work has become the focus of hospital management reform， which plays a very important role in promoting hospital culture construction. Hospital archives management can provide a reference for hospital business decision making， promote hospital culture heritage， accelerate the brand image establishment of hospital culture， and point out the right direction for hospital culture construction system. In the hospital culture construction work， the hospital needs to pay special attention to the development and implementation of archives management work. From the aspects of improving the function of archives management department， excavating archives information resources， training archives management personnel， perfecting archives management system and others， the hospital comprehensively strengthens the archives management， promotes the hospital culture construction and creates a good hospital culture atmosphere.

1 医院档案管理工作内容

档案管理是医院日常事务中一项重点工作，主要工作内容有档案收集、档案整理、档案存储、档案调阅。做好档案管理工作是提高医院日常业务效率与质量的重要保障，可以准确、客观地反映出医院平时业务行为，对各项医疗事务、管理事务进行记录，形成文字记录，成为医院工作总结、业务开展与反思、文化建设的素材[1]。

2 医院档案管理在医院文化建设工作中的作用

医院是治病救人的医疗机构，平时的工作量很大，并且工作流程复杂，涉及的医护人员很多，每天都会接诊大量的患者，同时，需要处理各种医患纠纷，解决医疗事故问题等，医院领导的工作压力非常大[2]。……
