摘  要：目前，受新冠疫情的影响，拍卖行业传统销售遭遇前所未有的冲击。同城拍卖管理系统选择C#编程语言进行开发，结合MySQL数据库，运用SWOT分析法进行效益评估，首页拥有浏览商品和查看信息的功能。系统蕴含在线竞拍商品、实现多元需求、提高购物效率等创新，具有用户不受时间地点限制、管理员不受场地成本束缚的特点。研究成果可为其他欲导入同城拍卖管理系统的研究人员提供参考。

Design and Implementation of Intra-city Auction Management System

Abstract： At present， influenced by the COVID-19 epidemic， traditional sales in the auction industry have suffered an unprecedented impact. The intra-city auction management system is developed in C# programming language， combined with MySQL database and uses SWOT analysis method for benefit evaluation. The home page has the function of browsing commodities and checking information. The system contains innovations such as online bidding for commodities， realizing diversified demands and improving shopping efficiency. It has the characteristics that users are not limited by time and place， and administrators are not constrained by site cost. The research results can provide reference for other researchers who want to introduce the intra-city auction management system.

0  引  言

随着计算机技术的发展，常规的线下拍卖方式早已无法满足人们的拍卖需求。因此，设计出一个线上拍卖系统是大有裨益的。

互联网早已渗透在我们生活中的每一个角落，它用其数据化、信息化的特点为我们提供了更加便捷的生活方式[1]。同城拍卖管理系统是一个基于当今时代高度发达的计算机科学技术与传统的销售方式相结合的电子商务管理系统。它使用C#这一计算机编程语言进行系统窗体的设计开发，使用的开发工具是visual studio 2017，这个版本的visual studio拥有成熟且非常稳定集成的开发环境;使用MySQL数据库支持这个系统的数据，Navicat for MySQL工具进行数据库表的设计。同城拍卖管理系统将互联网和拍卖平台有效的结合，不仅会使人们更加方便地竞拍商品，还会使电子商务行业在巨大的市场刺激下更加迅猛的发展。
