基于ANSYS的机械设计基础教学资源库建设

摘 要:以学院2018级过程装备与控制工程专业学生为试验对象,在二年级初期采用兴趣报名的形式选取了24名学生进入“ANSYS机构运动分析资源库”建设学习组。利用课余时间进行了软件学习及资源库框架的搭建与实现。从课程期末考试和机械设计课程设计的完成结果来看,资源库的建设既提高了学生学习的兴趣和积极性,也拓宽了传统教学的内涵模式,为机械设计基础课程教学资源库的建设起到了一定的推进和借鉴作用。

Construction of Teaching Resource Library of Mechanical Design Foundation
Based on ANSYS

Abstract: Taking the college, s class of 2018 process equipment and control engineering students as the test subjects, 24 students are selected to enter the “ANSYS Organization Motion Analysis Resource Library” construction study group in the form of interest registration at the beginning of the second year. The software learning and resource base framework, s construction and implemention are carried out in spare time. Judging from the results of the final examination of the course and the completion of the mechanical design course design, the construction of the resource bank has not only increased the interest and enthusiasm of students in learning, but also broadened the connotation mode of traditional teaching, which has played a promotion and reference role in the construction of the teaching resource bank of fundamentals of mechanical design courses.

0 引 言
為了适应时代科技和产业发展变革,各高校围绕课程设置、课程教学内容、教学方式手段和课程教学资源库等方面,不断地进行改革创新。机械设计基础课程作为机类和近机类专业必修的重要专业基础课,在基础课和专业课之间起桥梁衔接作用。针对机械设计基础课程的教学资源库的建设,目前普遍采用教具模型和网络教学视频等资源,如慕课、微课视频资源等。为了进一步加深学生对典型机构和零部件结构特征的认识,刘欣玉等采用SolidWorks软件为二次开发平台,建立了常用机构的动画视频教学资源库[1]。王宣借助于MATLAB软件,以项目化教学为目标建立教学资源库,实现了教案,习题、课件PPT等资源的汇总,搭建了师生公用平台[2]。张星等利用AutoCAD二次开发平台建立了凸轮机构的运行动画[3]。
目前建立的教学资源库能使机构及零部件的空间结构形象直观化,也能展示装配零部件的相对运动关系,很大程度上强化了学生对机器和机构的感性认识[4,5]。……
