摘要：无论从学校还是社会，对会计专业的建设要求都处于一种上升的趋势，根据国家近年发布的就业报告显示，在招聘职位需求排行榜上，财经商贸类专业一直处于领先地位，社会对会计专业毕业生需求意愿较强。因此，会计专业的良好建设对于高职院校而言就更为重要，有良好的会计专业建设，才能够培养出更多的适应社会要求的专业人才，职业学生能否受到市场欢迎，不仅需要学生有着扎实的理论基础，更需要学生有实践的能力，这样才能突出职业学校的优势，使职业学校的学生能够更快地适应将来的工作。

Thinking About Employment of Accounting Graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： Both from school and society， the requirements for the construction of accounting professional is a rising trend， according to the national employment， according to a report released in recent years， in the list of job requirements and economics profession has been in a leading position， the social demand for accounting graduates will， therefore， good construction of accounting professional is more important for higher vocational colleges， Good accounting professional construction， to cultivate more professional talents to adapt to the social requirement， vocational students can be welcomed by the market， not only to students with a solid theoretical foundation， need more students have the ability of practice， so as to highlight the advantage of vocational schools， the vocational school students can adapt to work in the future.

1高職院校会计专业的现状

从高职院校的会计专业现状来看，一方面，毕业生年龄相对较小，可塑性强，在校期间受到的专业实训较多，动手能力较强，在进入岗位后，能较快上手;另一方面，职业学校毕业生的文化水平较弱，综合素质较差，自主学习的意识及能力不强，而会计工作的专业性强，实际操作要求较高。会计是我国各大院校开设最为广泛的专业之一，据有关报道，90%以上都开设有会计专业，竞争激烈的市场给职业学校会计专业的人才培养提出了挑战，如何培养出为市场接受的专业人才，怎样才能在激烈的市场竞争中存有席一地，是摆在高职院校会计专业面前的共同课题[1]。
