摘要：互联网技术的普及给人们的生活带来了很多便利，但我国目前有将近2亿的老人还未接触网絡，还有一些老人沉迷网络而无法自拔，该文从老年网民和非网民两个方面分析了互联网对老年人生活的负面影响，建议政府、互联网软件、硬件服务提供商及家庭和社区在推动老年人使用互联网的过程中共同努力，营造一个健康的适老化网络环境。

The Influence of Internet on the Life of the Aged and Its Countermeasures

Abstract：The popularization of Internet Technology has brought many conveniences to our life， but there are nearly 200 million old people in our country who have not been exposed to the Internet， and some old people are addicted to the Internet and can not extricate themselves， this paper analyzes the negative effects of the Internet on the lives of the elderly from two aspects： the Elderly Internet users and the non-internet users， it is recommended that the government， Internet software and hardware service providers， as well as families and the community should work together to promote the use of the Internet by the elderly to create a healthy and ageing-friendly network environment.

互联网的迅速发展为我国实现信息服务全覆盖提供了良好的基础，也为我们积极应对人口老龄化的挑战和丰富老年人的生活创造了新的机遇。2020年初新冠肺炎疫情的爆发以及疫情防控的常态化，进一步加速了老年人对网络的依赖，使得智能手机深入到老年人的日常生活之中，而老年人在使用互联网的过程中遇到的困难也引起了政府和社会的广泛关注。2020 年 11 月国务院办公厅印发的《关于切实解决老年人运用智能技术困难的实施方案》中提出，到 2022 年底，老年人享受智能化服务水平要显著提升、便捷性要不断提高，线上线下服务要更加高效协同，要基本建立解决老年人“数字鸿沟”问题的长效机制[1]。这既是对过去一段时期老年人在运用数字化技术中遇到困难的全面梳理，也为未来的互联网发展和老年人数字包容社会建设制定了规范，在互联网与老年生活的协调发展进程中具有里程碑式的意义，同时这也意味着老年网民的群体会进一步增加。……
