【摘 要】目的：探讨全程营养护理管理在食管癌同步放化疗患者中的应用价值。方法：选择2020年4月至2021年5月期间50例食管癌同步放化疗患者随机分成两组，各25例。对照组给予常规营养指导，观察组给予全程营养护理管理，对比两组应用效果。结果：干预后观察组NRS评分显著较对照组低，观察组Hb、Alb、BMI值均较对照组高（P<0.05）。结论：食管癌同步放化疗患者实施全程营养护理管理能显著改善患者营养状况，提高对治疗的耐受性。

Application value of whole course nutritional nursing management in patients with esophageal cancer with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application value of whole course nutritional nursing management in patients with esophageal cancer with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods：50 cases of esophageal cancer patients with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups， 25 cases in each group. The control group was given regular nutrition guidance， and the observation group was given full nutrition care management， and the application effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After intervention，the NRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，and the Hb，Alb and BMI values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of full-course nutritional care management for patients with esophageal cancer with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients and increase the tolerance of treatment.

当前临床上采取同步放化疗治疗的食管癌患者越来越多，该治疗与单纯采取放疗或化疗患者相比发生食管黏膜炎的程度更重另外恶心、呕吐等放化疗毒性反应也会加重，引发患者进食减少，从而增加营养不良的风险[1]。营养管理指的是合理搭配各种膳食营养成分，保证机体热量充足和营養供给，促使机体在进食后起到修补组织、改善代谢、促进康复的作用。本研究探寻了全程营养护理管理在食管癌同步放化疗患者中的应用效果，汇报如下。

1.1 一般资料

选择2020年4月至2021年5月期间收入的50例食管癌同步放化疗患者，分成观察组和对照组，各25例。观察组，女13例，男12例，年龄50岁～60岁，平均年龄（55.26±3.81）岁；对照组，女12例，男13例，年龄50岁～60岁，平均年龄（55.94±3.09）岁。两组基本资料无差异（P>0.05）。纳入标准：经手术病理检查确诊，均未发生远处转移；放化疗前各种营养指标均正常，能够进食半流质；患者均知晓同意。排除标准：患有代谢性或内分泌疾病；……
