【摘 要】探讨快速康复外科理念在胃肠手术护理中的价值。方法：选择我院收治的胃肠手术患者共90例作为研究对象，将患者随机平均划分为观察组与对照组，对两组患者采取不同护理方法，完成护理后对患者的并发症、护理满意度等进行对比。结果：观察组患者整体的护理效果由于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论：快速康复外科理念具有较强的推广价值。

【Abstract】To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation surgery in gastrointestinal surgery nursing. Methods： a total of 90 patients with gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Different nursing methods were adopted for the two groups. After nursing， the complications and nursing satisfaction of the patients were compared. Results： the overall nursing effect of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery has strong popularization value.

胃肠手术是极为常见的外科手术之一，这种手术类型在临床上所针对的疾病也比较多，包括胃肠道肿瘤、胃穿孔和肠折叠等疾病均需要采用胃肠手术来实施有效的治疗。在患者接受完手术之后，需要针对患者的情况和体验，对患者进行镇痛和营养补充。我院在针对胃肠手术护理中采取快速康复外科理念的效果进行了研究，并取得了一定的成效，具体报道如下。

1.1 一般资料

本次研究选择我院收治的胃肠手术患者共90例作为研究对象，在研究展开阶段对本批次患者采取随机分组的放视频均划分为观察组与对照组，两组患者之间的年龄、性别等差异不具备统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

在对照组患者的护理过程中，手术开展之前按照常规方法对患者进行手术时间的告知，从而让患者在该过程中提前形成一定的心理，主动进行心理和情绪的调节，以更好地适应实际的手术环境。同时在术前准备阶段需要对患者进行禁食，在这种方法之下为手术过程进行良好的肠道准备。……
