【摘 要】目的：探究对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者实施综合护理的效果。方法：将我院接收的80例患者进行分组，参比组予常规、实验组予综合护理。对比两组护理前后临床相关变化。结果：护理后，实验组临床效果、负性情绪均优于参比组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理前两组负性情绪相比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：针对本病予综合护理效果显著。

The effect of implementing comprehensive nursing services for elderly inpatients with coronary heart disease and diabetes

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care for elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes. Methods： The 80 patients received in our hospital were divided into two groups， and the reference group was given routine care and the experimental group was given comprehensive care. The clinical related changes before and after nursing between the two groups were compared. Results： After nursing， the clinical effect and negative emotion of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）； The difference between the two groups of negative emotion before nursing was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing for this disease is effective.

隨着社会经济的快速发展，人民生活水平的显著提升，我国人口老龄化的问题日益凸显，发病群体以老年居多的冠心病、糖尿病的发病趋势呈现显著上升，且两者经常合并出现，导致患者生活质量下降的同时出现负性情绪等[1]。据相关专家学者研究表明，全球每天约有5万的老年人死于心血管疾病，其中冠心病患者位居首列[2]。因此，针对老年冠心病合并有糖尿病的住院患者，临床上在给予规范化的治疗之外，更重要的是配合实施高质量的综合护理[3-4]。鉴于此，本文将2020年10月至2021年10月期间在我院接收的80例老年冠心病合并糖尿病住院患者作为研究的对象，探究对老年冠心病合并糖尿病住院患者实施综合护理服务的效果。现报道如下。

1.1 临床资料

选取2020年10月至2021年10月期间在我院接收的80例老年冠心病合并糖尿病住院患者作为研究的对象。纳入标准：①临床相关检查确诊冠心病合并糖尿病者且最低年龄大于60岁者；②患者入院资料记录完整者；③本研究经过医院伦理委员会批准，家属及患者知晓并签署知情同意书。……
