【摘 要】目的：探讨并分析在糖尿病患者社区护理中应用强化健康教育的价值。方法：于2020年6月至2021年7月在社区治疗的糖尿病患者中随机抽选100例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法划入两组，即常规组（n=50）与强化组（n=50）。常规组予以基础社区护理，强化组则执行强化健康教育护理。统计两组护理后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖指标与健康知识评分、自我责任感评分。结果：较之于常规组，强化组护理后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖指标均明显更低（P<0.05）。相较于常规组，强化组护理后的健康知识评分、自我责任感评分均明显更高（P<0.05）。结论：糖尿病患者的社区护理中，合理运用强化健康教育护理，有助于提高患者对糖尿病的认知，强化其自我责任感，更有效地控制血糖指标，进而稳定患者的病情，改善预后，临床推广价值显著。

Analysis of application value of strengthening health education in community nursing of diabetic patients

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and analyze the value of strengthening health education in the community care of diabetic patients. Methods： From June 2020 to July 2021， 100 patients with diabetes who were treated in the community were randomly selected as the research objects， and divided into two groups according to the random number table method， namely the conventional group（n=50）and the intensive group （n=50）. The conventional group was given basic community care， and the intensive group was given intensive health education and nursing. The fasting blood glucose， 2h postprandial blood glucose index， health knowledge score，and self-responsibility score of the two groups after nursing were counted. Results： Compared with the conventional group， the fasting blood glucose after nursing and the blood glucose 2h after meal in the intensive group were significantly lower（P<0.05）. Compared with the conventional group， the health knowledge score and self-responsibility score of the intensive group after nursing were significantly higher（P<0.05）. Conclusion： In the community care of diabetic patients， the rational use of intensive health education and nursing can help improve patients’ awareness of diabetes， strengthen their sense of self-responsibility， and more effectively control blood glucose indicators， thereby stabilizing the patient’s condition， improving prognosis， and the value of clinical promotion is significant.

临床上，糖尿病是一种常见疾病，也是一种慢性代谢性疾病。在我国人口老龄化不断加剧的背景下，糖尿病的发病率也有一定上升趋势，严重降低了患者的生活質量[1]。此类患者在予以药物控制血糖时，还需配合适宜的护理干预。糖尿病患者，一般无需住院，在开具医嘱用药后，配合相应的社区护理即可。在整个社区护理中，受到患者服药依从、认知等因素的影响，影响了自身的血糖控制效果[2]。基于此，在社区护理中，开展强化健康教育，加深患者对糖尿病的认知，对增强患者的依从性、自我护理能力有重要作用。……
