[摘    要]目前，由于基础工作的较为薄弱，港口机械设备的管理工作面临着较大的阻力。如机械设备的润滑管理工作中由于管理模式和方案的不足，导致设备在使用的过程中存在一定的安全隐患。因此，为了对港口机械设备的润滑工作进行有效的管理，要准确找出问题的根本所在，才能针对性的提出相应的解决方案，提高港口机械设备润滑管理工作的效率，为港口机械设备的生产和运行奠定基础。

[Abstract]At present， due to the relatively weak basic work， the management of port mechanical equipment is facing great resistance.For example， due to the insufficient management mode and scheme in the lubrication management of mechanical equipment， there are certain safety risks in the process of using the equipment.Therefore， in order to effectively manage the lubrication work of the port machinery and equipment， it is necessary to accurately find out the root part of the problem， so as to put forward the corresponding solutions targeted at it， improve the efficiency of the lubrication management work of the port machinery and equipment， and lay a foundation for the production and operation of the port machinery and equipment.

港口机械设备作为现代港口生产运行的基础，其管理水平的高低直接影响着港口企业的市场地位。润滑剂管理作为港口机械设备管理工作的重点内容，能够为港口机械设备的正常使用以及延长使用周期提供保证。但是目前，港口机械设备润滑管理工作还存在一些问题急需解决，这些问题直接决定港口机械设备能否正常运行。因此，对港口机械设备润滑（见图1）管理的措施进行研究是十分必要的。

1 港口机械设备润滑管理方面留存的问题所在

1.1 润滑油使用方式欠科学

港口机械设备在长时间、高强度的工作状态下，机器状态是比较差的。因此，机械润滑管理工作对于机械设备的保养至关重要。如果没有润滑剂，设备就无法正常进行工作。但是现在普遍存在的现象是，许多港口负责机械设备润滑工作的管理人员对机械设备的实际运行情况的了解不够清楚，因此无法根据机械设备的实际需求对其进行加油。……
