[摘    要]随着科学技术的不断发展，我国在工业生产上对于产品质量和精度的要求也越来越高，传统的港口机械设备维修与管理模式已经无法满足现代工业生产的需要。因此，要想进一步提高港口机械设备的维护管理工作的质量，就需要引进先进技术、创新管理模式，不断完善港口机械设备管理方案，推动港口企业经济效益的发展。

[Abstract]With the continuous development of science and technology， China's industrial production for product quality and precision requirements are also getting higher and higher， the traditional port machinery and equipment maintenance and management mode has been unable to meet the needs of modern industrial production.Therefore， in order to further improve the quality of the maintenance and management of the port machinery and equipment， it is necessary to introduce the advanced technology， innovate the management mode， constantly improve the management scheme of the port machinery and equipment， and promote the development of the economic benefits of the port enterprises.

针对港口机械设备的维修和管理，应该从清洁、固定、润滑、等方面着手，并在维修的过程中做好维修和保养记录，及时对问题进行反馈。针对反馈的普遍问题要予以重视，及时找出解决措施，使机械设备的维修和保养工作能够真正的发挥作用，并在后续的运行过程中不断完善和发展。

1 港口机械设备管理的主要特点

目前，我国港口机械设备所存在的普遍性特点是种类多、运行效率高、体积大，尤其是体积大的特点，给港口机械设备的管理工作带来了巨大的难度。在开展港口机械设备管理工作的过程中，由于港口附近的环境较差，一定程度上会对港口机械设备产生腐蚀作用，因此，如果港口机械设备在管理的过程中出现疏忽，最终的质量就无法满足预期设定要求，最终会给港口机械设备管理工作带来巨大的阻力。在对港口机械设备的质量进行控制的过程中，由于该领域的特殊性，导致管理的难度比较大、具体操作比较困难，这给管理人员的管理工作也带来了巨大的挑战。……
