摘  要 经历了突如其来的疫情，高校教师普遍更加关注在线教学和混合教学领域，所带来的高校教师应对在线教学的教育技术应用能力发展与当前高校教师教学培训路径与模式不对称，通过为教师设计个性化的能力提升路径，并在此路径的指导下开发校本培训课程现代教育技术应用，取得良好的培训效果。

Abstract Experienced a sudden outbreak， college teachers generally pay more attention to the field of online teaching and blended teaching. Therefore， the development of college teachers’ ability to deal with the application of educational technology in online teaching is asymmetric with the training path of college teachers. We design the path to improve teachers’ personalized ability， and under the guidance of this path， the school-based training course Application of Modern Educational Technology is developed， and has achieved excellent result.

2020年开年之际，突如其来的新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫情在全球范围蔓延。2020年3—4月，全球有160多个国家全国范围内停课。据统计，全国范围的停课导致全球近70%的学生无法继续学业，其他实施局部停课的国家亦有数百万学生受到影响[1]。这种紧急情况下，利用互联网开展教学活动成为临时的“应急上线教学”。本质上讲，这种由于事发突然而采取的应急教学措施缺少有效的、系统化的教与学设计，对于教学成效肯定是有影响的。疫情期间，我国出台各类教育应急措施，综合体现出政府、各级各类学校和科研机构等多元主体共同参与、协同治理的发展趋势[2]。从长远考虑，此次应急上线教学也促进了高校教学管理人员、教学服务部门开始思考如何更好地帮助教师应对在线教学，包括线上教学和线上线下混合式教学。

我国高校的教师（非师范专业）在求学阶段缺乏必要的师范教育和教学实践机会，因此普遍缺乏教学基本技能[3]。……
