摘 要：通过对桂林市全州县海洋坪高山畜牧养殖区畜禽养殖和粪污资源化利用情况进行实地调研，总结了畜禽粪污治理典型案例的经验，探索适合高山地区畜禽粪污治理和资源化利用的基本思路和主要技术模式。同时提出了加大技术投入的工作设想，以期为畜禽养殖粪污的资源化利用、转变畜牧业发展方式、推动种养结合、促进畜牧业与生态文明建设可持续发展提供参考。

Talking about the Resource Utilization of Wastes from Ecological Breeding of Livestock and Poultry in High Mountain Areas

Abstract： This paper conducts a field investigation on the current situation of livestock and poultry breeding and the utilization of manure resources in Haiyangping high mountain Livestock Breeding Area， Quanzhou County， Guilin City， summarizes the experience of typical cases of livestock and poultry manure treatment. Explore the basic ideas and main technical models suitable for the treatment and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in high mountain areas. At the same time， it puts forward the next step of increasing technical input， in the resource utilization of livestock and poultry farming manure， transforming the development mode of animal husbandry， promoting the combination of planting and breeding， vigorously promoting rural revitalization， and promoting the sustainable development of animal husbandry and ecological civilization， Building a well-off society in an all-round way to provide strong scientific and technological support.

2020年，中央農村工作会议号召全党将工作重心转移到全面推进乡村振兴上来，会议强调要把生态优先、绿色发展导向贯穿农牧业发展全过程，深入推进农牧业供给侧结构性改革，下大气力抓好品种培优、品质提升、品牌打造和标准化生产，不断提高农牧业现代化水平。面对畜牧业稳产保供和病害防控的严峻形势以及畜禽粪污资源化利用的艰巨任务，要坚决贯彻落实习近平总书记等中央领导同志关于畜禽稳产保供、病害防控、畜禽废弃物资源化利用等工作的重要指示批示精神，积极应对新形势新挑战，确保畜禽粪污资源化利用等硬任务能如期完成。

畜禽养殖废弃物主要包括畜禽粪便污水、舍垫料及畜禽尸体等，富含粗蛋白、钙、有机质和纤维等营养成分，可用于制作饲料、生产有机肥料、沼气能源生产等，不仅能实现资源的循环利用，还可改善生态环境[1-3]。……
