摘要法律专业的特殊性决定着其必须将维护社会的公平、公正放在首位，因此加强法律专业思想政治教育的教学是非常有必要的。本文从分析高校法律专业课程开展课程思政的现状入手，阐述了高校法律专业开展课程思政教育存在的问题，分析了高校法律专业课程蕴含的思政内容（元素），提出了创新高校法律专业开展课程思政的策略，在高校法律专业课程中有机融入思想政治教育，提高人才培养质量，为我国法治建设培养德法兼修的人才。

Innovating the Ideological and Political Strategies of Law Courses in Colleges and Universities

AbstractTheparticularity oflaw specialtydeterminesthat itmustputthemaintenanceof social fairnessandjustice in the first place. Therefore， it is very necessary to strengthen the teaching of Ideological and political education in law specialty. This paper analyzes the current situation of carrying out ideological and political education in the course of law major in colleges and universities， expounds the problems existing in carrying out ideological and political education inthe course of lawmajorincollegesanduniversities，analyzestheideologicalandpoliticalcontent（elements）containedinthecourseoflaw major in colleges and universities， and puts forward the strategy of innovating the ideological and political education in the courseoflawmajorin colleges and universities， so as to organically integratetheideological and political education intothe courseoflawmajorincollegesanduniversities，improvethequalityoftalenttrainingandcultivatetalentswithbothmorality and law for theconstruction of the rule of law in China.

1當前高校法律课程开展课程思政教育现状

1.1思政元素虽丰富，但课程思政教育不凸显

法律是属于国家上层建筑，而作为传授法律知识与技能的高校法律专业课程必然承担为党育人、为国育才的历史重任。法律专业课程本身蕴含公平、正义、民主、法治等丰富的思政元素，但传统的法律专业课程注重对学生进行法律知识的讲授，也培养他们理解与应用法律的技能与能力，虽然也会讲公平、正义、民主、法治等理念，但这些词汇和理念是来自西方，老师也未自觉地从思想政治教育的角度对学生进行引导，未能很好地发挥法律专业课程的思政育人作用。

1.2教学方法较为单一，思政教育途径少

过去针对法律专业课程的教学方法相对比较单一的，主要考虑的是如何提升学生的专业知识的掌握，以及对法律知识的理解应用能力，在课程设计方面，注重的是知识目标和能力目标的实现，没有设计课程的思政目标。……
