摘要高校作为党和国家思想政治工作的前沿阵地，承载着落实立德树人的根本任务。加强高校思想政治教育是学习研究宣传马克思主义，培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的必然要求。在经济全球化趋势和政治多极化进程深入发展的前提下，高校思想政治教育工作面临着新的机遇与挑战，尤其是在高职院校，部分学生在集体观念、承受能力、责任意识等方面存在着诸多问题，需要进一步加强思想政治教育，化解高职院校思想政治教育中的风险，通过牢牢把握高校意识形态工作领导权，进一步夯实党组织的思想建设。

Research on the Opportunities and Challenges of Ideological and Political Education Work in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

AbstractAs the forefront of the ideological and political work of the party and the country， colleges and universities bear the fundamental task of carrying out moral education and cultivating people. Strengthening ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a necessary requirement to study， publicize Marxism and train qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the process of economic globalization and political multi-polarization development under the premise of the ideological and political education work is facing new opportunities and challenges， especially in higher vocational colleges， some students in the collective idea， bear ability， responsibility consciousness， there are many problems in such aspects need to further strengthen the ideological and political education， dissolve the risk in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges， the ideological construction of the party organization should be further strengthened by firmly grasping the leadership of ideological work in colleges and universities.

當今世界，科学技术日新月异，经济全球化趋势和政治多极化进程深入发展，尤其是改革开放以来，随着我国社会主义现代化建设的深入发展，对外开放的领域和范围不断拓展，国外各种思想不断融入，我国思想文化领域出现了十分活跃繁荣的局面，社会思潮“多元化”趋势日益明显。我国高等职业院校的发展向着普及化阶段快速迈进。同时，中国高等教育也面临着对公平、优质的高等教育的需求不断提升。新形势面临新问题，这既为高校思想政治工作提供了难得的历史机遇，也提出了更高的要求和更严峻的挑战。

1高校思想政治工作面临的机遇

党的十八大以来，我们党迎难而上、开拓进取，取得了改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的历史性成就，也为高职院校的思想政治教育工作提供了前所未有的机遇。……
