摘要高校离退休教师对高校人才培养具有重要作用。高校离退休教师丰富的教学经验和人生阅历是大学生学习的重要内容。调动高校优秀退休教师继续投身大学生思想政治教育工作的积极性，有利于为大学生传播正能量、有利于引导青年成长成才、有利于满足大学生思想政治教育的需求。鼓励高校离退休教师积极参与大学生思想政治教育，开展专题讲座、与大学生谈心谈话等方式，将其教书育人的成果分享给大学生，这是新时代加强大学生思想政治教育的重要举措。

On the Role of Retired College Teachers in the Work of College Students’ Ideological and Political Education

AbstractRetired university teachersplayanimportant role in thecultivation oftalents inuniversities.Therichteaching experience and lifeexperience of retired college teachers is an important part of college students’learning. Mobilizing the enthusiasm of outstanding retired college teachers to continue to devote themselves to the ideological and political educationofcollegestudentsisconducivetospreadingpositiveenergyforcollegestudents，helpingtoguideyouthtogrow into talents， and meeting the needs of college students’ ideological and political education. Encourage retired college teachers to actively participate in the ideological and political education of college students， conduct special lectures， talk with college students， and share their teaching and education results with college students. This is an important measure to strengthen college students’ ideological and political education in the new era.

高校是培养中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人的摇篮，加强大学生思想政治教育是高校责无旁贷的责任，要坚持育人为本、德育为先，增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性、实效性，着力培养信念坚定、品德优良、本领过硬的青年人才是当前高校的重要任务。高校人才培养是一个系统工程，需要充分发挥各方力量。充分运用高校离退休教师有着丰富的教育经验、优质的专业能力和过硬的思想素质等优势，对加强大学思想政治教育具有重要作用。
