摘要随着我国教育事业的持续改革，教育部门要求教师在帮助学生掌握基础知识的同时还要不断的培养学生的综合素养。在职业学校的教学中，美术课程的开展就是提升学生综合素养的重要科目。职业院校都是为我国培养具有专业技能人才的学校，为了能提高职业院校美术课堂的教学效率，本文针对职业院校美术课程的教学现状进行了深入研究，并根据实际情况制定了改进措施，旨在提高教学质量的同时为我国培养更多专业型的人才。

AbstractWith the continuous reform of China’s education， the education department requires teachers to help students master basic knowledge and constantly cultivate students’ comprehensive quality. In the teaching of vocational schools， thedevelopment ofart curriculumis an importantsubjectto improve students’comprehensivequality. Vocationalcolleges are schools that train talents with professional skills for our country. 1職业院校美术教学现状

1.1学生方面的现状

职业院校的学生大多数在入学时分数都不会太高，学生的整体学习水平较低。在之前的学习中，为了能减轻考试的压力，美术课程在期中测评或者期末测评时都会被其他学科的教师占用，班级中虽然也会有个别的学生喜欢画画，但由于没有专门的上课时间，也都是按照自己的兴趣进行绘画创作。再加上很多学校都没有专业的美术教师，大部分都是由其他课程的教师代课或者兼职，对学生也没有进行针对性的辅导，导致学生在学习绘画初期没有建立良好的基础。

随着我国经济的飞速发展，很多家庭中的经济条件都比较好，学生一直处在养尊处优的环境中，不论是生活状态还是学习状态都比较懒散，进入职业院校后，由于没有父母和教师的监督，将大部分的精力都放在其他方面，对学习越来越缺乏动力。……
