摘要信息技术在课堂中的应用，有效地促进了传统教学与网络技术的融合创新，对智慧教育的发展起到了一定的推动作用。本文结合智慧教育发展现状，探讨智慧教育背景下线上线下混合教学的重要性，提出利用课前、课中和课后三个环节进行线上线下混合教学的具体实施步骤，并结合具体课程在教学方法、教学模式、互动方式、教师评价等方面进行实践。实践结果表明，基于智慧教育开展线上线下混合式网络教学，提升了教学效果，学生满意度高，有利于培养高素质创新型人才。

Research on Online and Offline Hybrid Network Teaching in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Intelligent Education

AbstractThe application of information technology in the classroom has effectively promoted the integration and innovation of traditional teaching and network technology， and played a certain role in promoting the development of wisdom education. Combined with the current situation of the development of wisdom education， this paper discusses the importance of offline online and offline mixed teaching in the context of wisdom education， puts forward the specific implementation steps of online and offline mixed teaching by using three links before， during and after class， and practices in teaching methods， teaching models， interactive methods， teacher evaluation， etc. The practice results show that online and offline hybrid network teaching based on intelligent education improves the teaching effect， students’ satisfaction is high， and is conducive to cultivating high-quality innovative talents.

高校教育是培養创新型社会人才的重要支撑。随着社会经济的快速发展，社会对创新人才的需求越来越大，高校作为人才培养的重要基地，需要不断改革创新教学模式。智慧教育是传统教育与信息技术深度融合的结果，是提高高校课堂教学水平的重要途径。基于智慧教育理念，开展线上线下混合教学，将线上线下教学与面授课堂教学有机结合，发挥网络教学“线上”和“线下”课堂教学的优势。可有效提升课堂教学质量，促进学生积极有效学习，培养具有创新精神的高素质人才。

1智慧教育概述

智慧教育是基于下一代信息技术，融合智慧教育、互联网、人工智能、物联网等技术的概念性、泛在性教育信息系统。朱志廷教授从教育信息化的角度提出，智慧教育鼓励学生智慧学习，通过智慧教育实践，营造智慧学习环境来培养智商高、创造力强的人。……
