摘要“新工科”的建设和发展是以新经济、新产业为背景，致力于新时期工程人才的培养，对我国产业结构调整和新经济发展起到重要作用。本文首先阐明了实践教学对“新工科”建设的重要性，然后以认识实习为例，剖析现阶段电气类专业实践教学存在的问题，对电气类专业的认识实习模式进行了探讨，旨在为“新工科”背景下的工程教育实践教学模式提供借鉴和参考。

Exploration on Practical Teaching of Electrical Engineering under the Background of "New Engineering"

AbstractThe construction and development of "new engineering" is based on the new economy and new industry， committed to the cultivation of engineering talents in the new period， and plays an important role in China’s industrial structure adjustment and new economic development. This paper first expounds the importance of practical teaching to the construction of "new engineering"， then takes cognitive practice as an example， analyzes the problems existing in the practical teaching of electrical specialty at the present stage， and discusses the cognitive practice mode of electrical specialty， in orderto providereferenceand referencefor the practical teaching mode of engineeringeducation under the background of "new engineering".

學科是科学发展和社会进步的产物，当前世界范围内，新一轮科技革命和产业变革正加速进行，而新经济、新产业发展需要新型高素质应用型人才作为支撑。[1]“新工科”教育发展理念的提出，为新时代下中国高等教育的建设和改革指明了方向。[2]

1“新工科”内涵与实践教学的关系

新工科，“工科”是本质，“新”是取向，面向的是高等院校的工程学科及其专业，其内涵可以从“新理念”“新要求”和“新途径”三个层面来理解。[3]建设“新工科”的主要动因就是新一轮产业革命的出现，新技术、新产业、新业态、新模式的出现致使新经济中高素质应用型人才的短缺更为严重。[4]

当前我国工程型人才培养和工程实际结合不够紧密，对解决复杂工程问题的能力的培养力度不够。在“天大行动”中达成的一点共识就是“问产业需求建专业”，[5]专业设立了，是否可以真正实现产学融合，达到实际产业激发学生学习兴趣、所学内容直接应用于生产，落脚在于实践教学环节，实践教学是将课堂与生产相结合的关键纽带。……
