摘要对青年马克思主义者进行培养是利国利民的大事，这对子孙后代会产生直接影响，其和国家发展也是紧密相关的。从高校的角度来说，应该要将习近平青年马克思主义观作为基础，切实完成好理论教育、实践教育，选择可行的途径来使得学校教育、社会培养能够真正结合起来，确保青年马克思主义者的培养工作更加的全面，并能够持续展开，尤其是要保证培养载体能够更具实效性，营造出更为适宜的培养环境。

Analysis on the Path and Practice of Cultivating Young Marxists in Colleges and Universities

AbstractCultivating Young Marxists is a great event for the country and thepeople，which will have a direct impact on futuregenerations，anditisalsoclosely relatedtonationaldevelopment.Fromtheperspectiveofcolleges anduniversities， we should take the concept of Xi Jinping youth Marx as the foundation， effectively accomplish theoretical education and practicaleducation， and choosefeasibleways tomakeschooleducationand socialtraining trulyintegrated，soas toensure that young Marx’s work is more comprehensive and sustainable. In particular， we should ensure that the training carrier can be more effective and create a more suitable training environment.

在进入到新时代后，若想使得中华民族伟大复兴梦能够顺利实现，社会主义建设事业可以更具实效性，高校必须要履行好自身的职责，展开青年马克思主义者的培养工作，确保人才培养目标能够顺利达成。在展开培养工作的过程中，要对教育机理有清晰的认知，通过切实可行的途径来保证青年学生对马克思主义有更为深入的理解，积极主动的展开学习，在实践中加以运用。同时要对课堂教学进行创新，将其教育功能充分发挥出来，构建起切实可行的实践教育平台，确保网上教育、线下教育能够切实结合起来，保证培养目标顺利达成。
