[摘    要]我国经济发展早期阶段，虽然发展速度很快，但对环境污染问题缺乏重视，环境保护、自动控制系统等发展晚，相比于国外发达技术的成熟应用仍存在差距。随着当前我国对环境问题的日益重视，特别是水污染问题，更加重视对污水处理工艺的改进优化。其中，应用电气自控系统污水处理效果好，且保证了污水处理系统运行效率和能耗，因此电气自控系统成为污水处理工艺发展中重要课题。文章简述污水处理工艺存在问题，分析其中电气自控系统的运用基本情况以及污水处理自控影响因素，掌握电气自控设计原则，以及具体设计要点，加强对该技术的了解，为其高效应用奠定基础。

Exploration on the Application of Electric Automatic

Control System in Wastewater Treatment Process

[Abstract]In the early stage of China's economic development， although the speed of development was very fast， it did not pay much attention to environmental pollution， and the development of environmental protection and automatic control systems was late. Compared with the mature application of foreign developed technologies， there is still a gap. With the current increasing attention to environmental issues in China， especially the problem of water pollution， more attention is paid to the improvement and optimization of sewage treatment processes. Among them， the application of electrical automatic control systems has good sewage treatment effects， and ensures the operation efficiency and energy consumption of sewage treatment systems. Therefore， electrical automatic control systems have become an important topic in the development of sewage treatment processes. The article briefly describes the problems in the sewage treatment process， analyzes the basic application of the electrical automatic control system and the influencing factors of the sewage treatment automatic control， masters the electrical automatic control design principles and specific design points， strengthens the understanding of the technology， and lays a foundation for its efficient application Base.

當前水资源问题愈加紧张，城市污水处理厂建设成为重要基础设施。近年来我国建设了大量污水处理厂，其中有自主研发工艺技术，也有从国外引进技术，污水处理工艺愈加成熟。随着污水处理控制要求提高，其操作也要求更加简捷。因此，在污水处理工艺中出现电气自控系统，以此为控制核心可以良好适应污水处理厂设备分散、控制点多，以及实际运行中复杂控制信息的情况。当前需进一步建构优化污水处理电气自控系统，提高出水水质、降低能耗，满足规定要求。

1 污水处理过程中出现问题及电气自控系统应用基本情况

1.1 污水处理问题
