[摘    要]随科学技术的不断发展，电子产品的应用越来越广泛，PCBA元器件作为电子元件的支撑体，在电子行业中占据了绝对的统治地位，但在组装焊接的过程中，经常会因某种原因出现电子缺陷或器件接触不良等现象，因此返修工作在售后的过程中就显得弥足重要，对PCBA返修工艺进行研究并制定合理的返修实践方案，才能提高电子器件的合格率和管理质量，增加客户的信任度，促进电子产业的迅速发展。

信息化社会的发展使电子产品面向数字化、信息化、微型化、高密度化方向发展，受集成电路产业的影响，PCBA行业保持着良好的发展趋势，但电子行业竞争激烈，这就要求生产供应商在生产的过程中实现电气元件的生产规模化，建立合理的返修流程，提高生产工艺和返修工的维修技能与责任心来实现返修工藝的标准化管理，接受电子器件竞争带来的巨大挑战，从而提高PCBA的性能和使用价值，降低生产成本，提高生产效益。

1 PCBA的生产工艺及应用

1.1 PCBA含义

PCBA是指印刷电路空板经过SMT上件或者经过DIP整个制程。PCBA的加工是机械设备集成化程度比较高的电子加工行业。越来越成熟的加工机械设备，使用和制造工艺的改良使PCBA成品的合格率和效率不断提高。

1.2 PCBA加工设备常见的类型

（1）印刷机位于PCBA加工生产线的前端，主要是PCBA电路板印刷焊膏或贴片胶。以PCBA加工后续流程中的元件贴装做准备。……
