[摘    要]近些年来，我国发展十分迅速，在国民经济中，机械制造行业有突出的贡献，这也是国家综合国力的重要衡量标准。现阶段，越来越多的科研人员在机械制造中加大了自动化焊接技术的研究，得到了许多新设备、新技术，并且在实际应用中有良好的效果。本文将主要讨论自动化焊接技术在机械制造中的应用策略，旨在对我国机械制造业提供借鉴。

[Abstract]In recent years， China has developed very rapidly. In the national economy， the machinery manufacturing industry has made outstanding contributions， which is also an important measure of the national comprehensive national strength.At the present stage， more and more researchers have increased the research of automatic welding technology in machinery manufacturing， and have obtained many new equipment and new technologies， and have good results in practical application.This paper will mainly discuss the application strategy of automatic welding technology in machinery manufacturing， aiming to provide reference to Chinese machinery manufacturing industry.

作為一项制造工艺，焊接技术在机械制造生产中一直都有重要的作用。现阶段，我国科技发展较为迅速，各类新型技术和设备都在不断出现，焊接技术中融入自动化技术已经展现了重要的价值，如何在机械制造中合理地使用自动化焊接技术也成了当前重要的研究课题。

1 自动化焊接技术分析

1.1 自动化焊接技术在机械制造中的应用意义

近些年来，我国对于科技创新的重视不断提升，尤其是在机械制造行业投入了较多的成本。就目前而言，我国科研人员已经在机械制造中将机械设备同智能化、自动化控制系统结合使用，在这种情况下，不仅明显提高了产品的质量和生产的效率，还明显降低了生产过程中投入的成本以及劳动力，有助于加快转变机械设备生产模式。利用自动化机械制造，传统的生产模式可以很容易被替代，机械制造也会由传统的小规模逐渐转向大规模生产，在提升企业经济效益的前提下还能够有效促进批量化生产。……
