[摘    要]电力安全管理可谓是关系国计民生的重要管理工程，而其管理水平的高低也对地方经济和生活稳定有着决定性的影响。但在电力安全管理工作具体执行中，往往由于电力系统涉及环节众多、人员设备众多，管理起来比较复杂，任何一个环节或因素管理不善，便会大大降低安全管理水平，进而降低管理执行力，并给电力系统运行安全带来不必要的风险或损失。基于此，文章结合笔者相关实践工作经验，并在结合电力安全管理实际工作的基础上，主要对电力安全管理执行力的影响因素展开分析，并针对性提出一些加强性措施，希望能够有效提升电力安全管理水平，确保电力系统安全运行。

[Abstract]Power safety management can be described as an important management project related to the national economy and people's livelihood， and its management level also has a decisive impact on the local economy and life stability. However， in the specific implementation of power safety management work， the power system is often involved in many links， personnel and equipment， and management is more complicated. If any link or factor is not well managed， the level of safety management will be greatly reduced， thereby reducing management execution. Bring unnecessary risks or losses to the safe operation of the power system. Based on this， the article combines the author's relevant practical work experience， and combined with the actual work of power safety management， mainly analyzes the influencing factors of power safety management execution， and proposes some strengthening measures， hoping to effectively improve power Safety management level to ensure the safe operation of the power system.

目前，我國正处于市场经济结构转型的重要时期，国家经济对电力系统的支持和依赖仍在不断上升，而电力系统也应当熟知自身所担负的责任和义务，必须在确保电力生产、运输、配送和管理安全的基础上，为社会经济发展和生活安定和谐提供充分的保障。而在这种大前提下，电力安全管理便显得尤为突出和重要。但在具体管理中，影响电力安全管理的影响因素众多，人员、设备、管理以及环境等都有可能诱发安全事故。因此，为加强电力安全管理、提升安全管理执行力，对安全管理执行力的影响因素进行分析，并制定有效地加强性措施，是非常有必要和有意义的。……
