摘要“新商科”是将新技术融入商科课程，用新理念、新模式、新方法为学生提供综合性跨学科教育。以“新商科”理念要求看工商管理一流专业课程建设，必须紧跟社会发展需求，对传统课程体系进行重构。本文针对目前地方高校工商管理专业课程建设存在的課程设置跟不上时代需求、课程内容更新慢、教师工商管理综合素养跟不上育人需求等问题，提出新全球化背景下，其一流课程体系重构思路：在明确专业培养目标定位，树立“学为中心、能力导向”的课程建设理念的基础上，打造彰显通识精神的通识课程体系，构建专业融通的学科平台，建设突显专业素养的核心课程及突出能力导向的能力拓展课程。并不断提升教师教书育人的责任感和综合能力，采取灵活多样的教学方法，在教学中做到专业教育与思政教育、前沿性与融通性的统一。

Abstract"New Business" is to integrate new technology into business courses，and provide students with comprehensive interdisciplinary education with new ideas， new models， and new methods. Looking at the construction of first-class professional courses in business administration based on the requirements of the "new business" concept， we must closely follow the needs of social development and reconstruct the traditional curriculum system. This article addresses the current problems in the curriculum construction of business management majors in local universities that cannot keep up with the needs of the times， slow course content updates， and teachers’ comprehensive literacy in business management cannot keep up with the education needs. It proposes its first-class curriculum system under the background of new globalization. Reconstruction of thinking： on the basis of clarifying the orientation of professional training and establishing the concept of "learning-centered and ability-oriented" curriculum construction， create a general curriculum system that highlights the spirit of general education， build a professionally integrated discipline platform， and build a professional quality that highlights The core courses and the ability development courses that highlight the ability-oriented. And constantly improve teachers’ sense of responsibility and comprehensive ability in teaching and educating people， adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods， and achieve the unity of professional education and ideological and political education， frontier and compatibility in teaching.
