摘 要：随着社会经济的高速发展，物质生活水平不断提升，社会压力也随之增加。在当前快节奏的生活模式以及高压工作环境之下，健康无疑是人们人生的重要财富。健康饮食是保持健康体魄的根本，吃得健康配合上适量的运动，保持良好心情，才能让身体保持良性的循环运转状态，才能够让人们始终维持健康生活。本文基于大数据的背景研究，深入分析居民营养配餐的现状，通过剖析居民营养健康需求，从而提出对应的解决策略以及营养方案。

Analysis of the Status Quo and Demand of Residents’ Nutritional Catering based on the Background of Big Data

Abstract： With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of material living standards， social pressure has also increased. Under the current fast-paced lifestyle and high-pressure work environment， health is undoubtedly an important asset in people’s lives. Healthy eating is the foundation of maintaining a healthy body. Only by eating healthy with appropriate exercise and maintaining a good mood can the body maintain a healthy circulation and allow people to maintain a healthy life. Based on the background research of big data， this paper deeply analyzes the status quo of residents’ nutrition catering， and puts forward corresponding solutions and nutrition plans by analyzing the residents’ nutritional and health needs.
