摘 要：随着改革开放和经济全球化的深入发展，我国食品行业得到了蓬勃发展，物质资源不断丰富，食品种类越来越多，有效地满足了人们的日常饮食需要，但同时食品安全问题也备受关注，食品安全问题频繁发生，影响到人们的身体健康，对社会稳定和谐发展也产生了很大的影响，因此，食品质量和安全保障是社会关注的重点问题。本文结合我国食品安全的现状，对食品安全问题进行分析，并探讨了对应的解决策略。

Abstract： With the in-depth development of reform and opening up and economic globalization， China’s food industry has developed vigorously， with abundant material resources and more and more types of food， which can effectively meet the daily dietary needs of Chinese people. At the same time， food safety has also attracted much attention， especially the frequent occurrence of food safety problems， It not only affects people’s health， but also has a great impact on social stability and harmonious development. Therefore， in the current social and economic development， food quality and safety are the key issues of social concern. Combined with the current situation of food safety in China， this paper analyzes the existing problems and discusses the corresponding solutions.

随着经济社会的发展，物质生活水平的不断提升，人们越来越追求高质量的生活水平，对食品的安全和质量提出了新的要求。近年来，我国加大了对食品质量和安全的管理管理力度，但在实际发展过程中仍然存在一些漏洞和缺陷，食品安全问题仍是需要关注的重点内容。因此，本文分析了我国食品安全现状及问题，积极寻求解决策略，促进食品行业朝着更健康稳定的方向发展。
