摘要医学院校肩负着为社会主义培养医疗卫生事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人的重大责任，医学院校的思想政治教育工作具有重要意义。但是，由于医学院校学制长、課程多、专业学习压力大等原因，思政课堂教育的时间与空间有限制，教育效果有待加强。近年来，医学院校第二课堂活动发挥了一定的积极作用。但从总体上看，无论是重视程度、宣传力度、体系建设，还是制度保障等方面，医学院校思想政治教育第二课堂的建设都还需要进一步加强。通过对国家、学校、职能部门、教师、学生五个层面提出医学院校思想政治理论第二课堂建设的具体措施，以期对我国的医学院校及一般院校的思想政治教育第二课堂建设提供新的思路。

Exploration on the Construction of the Second Classroom of Ideological and Political Education in Medical Colleges

AbstractMedical collegesand universities shoulderthegreat responsibility oftraining qualifiedbuilders andreliable successors of medical and health undertakings for socialism.The ideological and political education of medical colleges and universities is of great significance. However， due to the long length of schooling， many courses and high professional learning pressure in medical colleges， the time and space of Ideological and political classroom education arelimited，and theeducationeffectneedsto bestrengthened. Inrecentyears，thesecondclassroomactivitiesinmedical colleges and universities have played a positive role. But on the whole， the construction of the second classroom of Ideological and political education in medical colleges needs to be further strengthened in terms of the degree of attention， publicity， system construction， and system guarantee.Through the country， schools， functional departments， teachers， students five aspects of the ideological and political theory of the second classroom construction of specific measures，inorderto providenewideasfortheconstructionofthesecond classroomof Ideologicalandpoliticaleducation in medical colleges and general colleges and universities in China.

1医学院校思想政治教育第二课堂的重要性

3月18日的学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上，习近平总书记强调，“贯彻思想政治教育，最根本的是要解决好培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人这个根本问题”。医学生是医务从业人员的预备军，培养具有高度思想政治觉悟和精湛医术的社会主义医学事业可靠接班人是一项重要的教育课题，也是一项重要的政治任务。[1]高校思想政治教育所涵盖的内容不应仅仅是民主意识、社会道德、专业技术、人文关怀以及爱国情怀，还应该结合高校培育社会主义建设人才的特殊性，覆盖职业道德感及使命感等相关培养。……
