摘要科学过程技能是学习者在参与科学探究过程中所从事的具体行为或是所采取的相应的行为方式。围绕课程标准而开发的科学教材，其目的在于将科学过程技能以较为集中的方式通过“科学、技术、社会与环境”的整合加以实现。理想的科学过程技能教学应当是分散与集中互补性地展开，对学生科学过程技能方面的评量方式展开研究与探讨。

Abstract： Scientific process skills are the specific behavior or corresponding behavior adopted by learners in the process of participating in scientific inquiry. The purpose of science teaching materials developed around cur？ riculum standards is to realize the scientific process skills in a more centralized way through the integration of"science， technology， society and environment". The ideal teaching of scientific process skills should be decen？ tralized and centralized， and the evaluation methods of students’ scientific process skills should be studied and discussed.

《義务教育小学科学课程标准》（以下简称课程标准）指出：科学学习要以探究为核心，科学探究不仅是学生进行科学学习的重要方式，同时也是科学学习的目标。相应的，科学探究的“过程技能”这个词也开始进入人们的视野，从课程标准解读到教材编写，从教学实施到效果测评，都无一例外地将“过程技能”作为重要的内容列入其中。什么是科学过程技能？如何在教学中培养学生的科学过程技能？怎样测评学生的学习效果？这些问题常常困惑着我们。

科学过程技能的概念

对于什么是科学过程技能，说法比较一致，都认为其指学习者在参与科学探究活动中所做的具体行为或相应的行为方式。如有学者提出：在从事科学性的探究活动中，为了确保所获得信息准确地如现象所显示、为了使归纳与推理所得的想法不流于偏颇或曲解，必须在观察或度量的技术上有要求、在演绎推理的思维上有规范。这些执行探究的能力即称为科学过程技能。……
