摘要本研究是在对学生顶岗实习现状分析的基础上将网格化管理理论应用于高职食品类专业学生顶岗实习的管理中。通过组建校企协同上下联动的顶岗实习四级网格管理体系，将学校、企业、学生置于一个网格系统中，使学生在顶岗实习全过程都处于有效管理中，从而实现顶岗实习管理的网格化和精细化，提升高素质技术技能型人才培养质量，增强就业竞争力。研究结果表明，网格化管理是食品类专业高职学生顶岗实习的有效管理模式。

Research on Grid Management Mode of Post Practice of Food Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractThis study is based on the analysis of the current situation of students’ internship， and applies the grid management theory to the management of food Majors’ internship in higher vocational colleges.Through the establishment of a four level grid management system of school enterprise collaboration， the school， enterprises and students are placed in a grid system， so that the students are under effective management in the whole process of internship， so as to realize the grid and refinement of internship management， improve the quality of technical and skilled personnel training， and enhance employment competitiveness. The results show that the grid management is an effective management mode for food majors.

当前，我国食品工业处于重要的转型时期，加强产品和技术的创新，开发安全、营养、健康、美味的食品，是食品工业发展的必由之路，是产业转型升级对高等职业教育提出的新要求。随着我国经济的快速持续发展，经济结构的调整优化，食品产业转移升级，以及现代服务业的加快发展，需要一大批具有一定技术、特殊才能的食品类创新型复合型技术技能人才，而顶岗实习是培养创新型复合型技术技能人才的重要一环，需加强顶岗实习管理，实现高职院校与社会的无缝对接，更好地满足社会需要。
