摘要概率统计已成为大数据时代下每个人不可或缺的思维工具。为体现“以产出为导向”的教育理念，培养出大数据时代下德才兼备的复合型人才，文章结合多年教学实践，从教学理念、教学内容、教学方式及考核体系等多维视角透析概率论与数理统计课程教学中存在的突出问题，探索出五条易于实现的教学路径。

Exploration and Practice of "Output oriented" Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics Teaching

AbstractProbability and statistics has become an indispensable thinking tool for everyone in the era of big data. In order to embody the educational concept of "output oriented" and cultivate compound talents with both political integrity and ability in the era of big data， combined with years of teaching practice， this paper analyzes the prominent problems existing in the teaching of probability theory and mathematical statistics from the multidimensional perspectives of teaching concept， teaching content， teaching methods and assessment system， and explores five easy to realize teaching paths.

从历史的角度来说，概率统计是一门历史悠久的学科，迄今为止已传播三百余年，其间不断发展壮大，逐步成为诸多学科理论和实践的必要基础。从当今的角度来说，概率统计是一门欣欣向荣的科学，在大数据时代背景的今天使众多领域以数据取代实物，将生产拓展成服务，将劳动泛化成信息，海纳百川又近在身边，成为每个人不可或缺的思维工具。[1]

2016年，总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上把“培养什么样的人、如何培养人、为谁培养人”作为高等教育的目标。“概率论与数理统计”是高等工科院校重要的基礎理论课，但高校多年的教学理念、教材、手段、考核方式习惯围绕“以教学为导向”，表现在教师圈定内容、主导课堂等方面。“以产出为导向”作为一种先进的教育理念，以学生发展、学习和效果为中心，适应学生发展的水平和状态，重视学生的学习效果，成为各国教育改革的主流理念。[2]那么，在大数据时代背景的今天，如何以产出为导向，在教学中激发学生兴趣，提升学生能力，塑造学生价值观，考查学生水平？……
