【摘  要】在新形势下加强企业文化建设，对于引领企业高质量发展、促进企业内外兼修、推动精良队伍加速建成具有重要的战略意义和现实意义。当前，我国企业文化建设整体进步明显，但水平良莠不齐，不少问题值得重视并亟需解决。论文分析总结当前企业文化建设存在的常见问题，提出新形势下强化企业文化建设的长期性和创新性举措，助力企业文化建设跃上新台阶。

【Abstract】Strengthening the construction of enterprise culture under the new situation is of strategic and practical significance for leading the high-quality development of enterprises， promoting both internal and external cultivation of enterprises and accelerating the construction of excellent teams. At present， the overall progress of China's enterprise cultural construction is obvious， but the level of good and bad are uneven， and many problems deserve attention and need to be solved urgently. This paper analyzes and summarizes the common problems existing in the current enterprise cultural construction， puts forward long-term and innovative measures to strengthen the enterprise cultural construction under the new situation， and helps the enterprise cultural construction leap to a new level.

1 引言

企业文化是一种精神力量，它约束员工的日常行为，使其产生凝聚力，进而影响管理实践[1]。优良的企业文化是引领企业高质量发展的“精神发动机”，在竞争白热化的新形势下，实现企业又好又快发展，必须高度重视并务实推进企业文化建设。当前，企业文化建设普遍存在一些问题，影响企业文化发挥作用，影响企业健康快速发展，需要企业因地制宜，注重问题导向，注重战略性和针对性，以务实举措强化企业文化建设，进而带动企业高质量发展，为加快现代化进程贡献企业的积极力量。

2 企业文化建设的重要意义

2.1 企业文化建设引领企业高质量发展

优良的企业文化能够像旗帜一样引领企业，带动和促进企业的高质量发展。一是企业文化建设能帮助企业树立正确的发展格局。一个企业能走得多远，很大程度上取决于这个企业的发展格局，而企业文化建设能有效提升企业的发展格局，让企业站得更高、看得更远。……
