【摘  要】论文主要对车辆信息管理系统的实际设计内容进行了阐述，包括总体设计、用户管理设计与实现、系统功能设计、数据库设计4项内容，并且分析了车辆信息管理系统的应用现状，明确了在实际应用过程中存在的不足，最后针对实际情况，从理念、制度、管理和监督4个层面提出完善措施，以此保证能够更加有效地将车辆信息管理系统应用在实际中，为提升系统的应用质量和效率奠定基础。

【Abstract】This paper mainly expounds the actual design content of the vehicle information management system， including the overall design， user management design and implementation， system function design， database design， analyzes the present situation of the application of vehicle information management system， makes clear the shortcomings in the practical application process. Finally， according to the actual situation， the paper puts forward the improvement measures from four aspects： concept， system， management and supervision， so as to ensure that the vehicle information management system can be more effectively applied in practice， and lay a foundation for improving the application quality and efficiency of the system.

1 引言

21世紀是信息高速传递的时期，高效率、高质量的信息查询、传递，是当前各个行业都在重点研究的领域。企业车辆管理工作一直是企业中的重点工作内容，其在企业中的作用非常大，有效的车辆管理工作不仅能够确保企业各项运输工作、人员出行等更加便利，同时也可以有效地对车辆实施维护和检修，保证车辆的运行质量、安全。因此，当前需要在了解信息管理系统设计和应用具备实际意义的基础上，对系统的具体设计和应用进行分析，通过改变企业现有的管理模式，营造出更加方便、快捷的车辆管理环境，为企业的积极发展作出应有贡献。

2 企业车辆信息管理系统的设计

2.1 总体设计

车辆管理部门专业系统的目标定位为人车管理、日常车辆调度、车辆生命全周期管理，在平台中需要包含车辆档案、驾驶员档案、车辆监管以及车辆调度等系统。……
